Kay Electric Cooperative said on Friday that this upcoming Monday, April 20, they will have a planned power outage starting @ 9:00 until Noon.
This will affect members in northwestern Kay County on North 108th street North of Braman/Bender Road up to Southside Road & also Paradise Cove near Blackwell Lake.
