The Kay County Health Department shared data regarding new COVID-19 cases for Wednesday, December 15.
Kay County saw an increase of 117 new COVID-19 cases. Since early 2020, Kay County has seen an overall total 8,158 recoveries. The amount of recoveries and active cases is unknown at this time.
55.5% of the Kay County population that’s age 12 or older has received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, and 83.4% of those age or older have received one dose. As of December 15, 47.2% of the population of age 12 and older in Kay County is fully vaccinated.
