Ponca City Energy’s continues restoring electric service to all customers as soon as possible. The City of Ponca City’s priority is to first restore electric service to homes and businesses, and then restore service to Ponca City Energy security lights and Ponca City Free Wi-Fi.
If the electric meter box on your home has been pulled away from your home due to falling debris, please contact an electrical contractor to make this repair. Ponca City Energy cannot restore electric service to your home until this repair has been completed.
