Sullins Stadium comes to life at 6:45 a.m. this morning with the first football practice for the Po Hi Wildcats.

Players will put on pads for the first time this Friday, prepping for the season opener, at home against Enid on Friday September 4th.

According to the Ponca City Quarterback Club, the following protocols have been put in place to accommodate ALL Ponca City High School Football players and staff members: ALL locker rooms, lockers, and gear have been washed and disinfected on several occasions.  The 9th graders have been moved to the old FB locker room to accommodate physical distancing. We have an empty locker between every HS FB player in the new locker room.

PCPS screening protocols will continue prior to being allowed on the field. Groups will be staggered before and after practices to limit the amount of players inside the locker rooms at any one time. Players are limited to 10 minutes to enter, dress or undress, and exit the locker rooms. It is strongly recommended for football players to shower at home to limit time inside.
