While Kay County did not see any new COVID-19 cases over this past weekend, Payne County and the Stillwater area took a big hit as 28 new cases were reported over the weekend. Payne County has now seen an overall total of 100 positive COVID-19 cases. Many businesses and locations in Stillwater have a confirmed case of COVID-19. Places like Hideaway Pizza have temporarily closed due to the virus.
