The City of Blackwell will have their 9th Annual “Night of Lights” Christmas Parade coming up on Monday, December 6th at 6:30 p.m. Lineup will be at 5:45 that evening at Main and Dewey.
All parade entries are to be lighted and display an appropriate Christmas theme. Following the parade will be the lighting of the Community Christmas Tree at the Blackwell Fairgrounds.
