A fatality collision occurred at 1:40 p.m. Sunday afternoon on County Road 20, .25 miles south of Knob Hill, approximately 1 mile north of Lucien in Noble County.
Patricia Rascon, 52, of Blackwell was opening a gate to exit private property. Rascon slipped on a cattle guard attached to the gate and fell in-between the pickup and the 16-foot trailer of a 2019 Ford F350 driven by Alvaro Rascon Bojorquez, 65, of Blackwell as they were passing through the gate. Rascon was then run over by the trailer.
Rascon was transported by Perry EMS to St. Mary’s Medical Center in Enid where she was pronounced deceased due to trunk internal, trunk external, arm, and leg injuries. Bojorquez was not injured.
The accident was investigated by Lt. Leach #167 of Troop K. Assisted by Noble County Sheriff’s Office and Perry EMS.
