The Blackwell Police Department made an arrest on a woman at 2:37 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
According to affidavits, Jessica Nicole Wood, 27, was arrested for two felony counts of child neglect which date back to 2018. As of Jan. 16, a plea docket has since been scheduled for Wood on Feb. 24, 2020. The bond for Wood remains at $15,000.
