An arrest was made by Blackwell Police just before 4:30 Monday afternoon on a larceny suspect at the intersection of 8th and Oklahoma in Blackwell.
A male suspect reportedly stole from a residence in the 900 block of west Dewey. Timothy Gene Fox, 34, was then arrested and admitted to police that he took some items without permission.
Fox is being held on complaints of larceny from a house and possession of stolen property.
