It’s not a done deal yet, but the Oklahoma Senate has approved a bill that would allow Oklahomans to continue to support restaurants and liquor stores through curbside sales or home deliveries.
That bill now heads to the Oklahoma House of Representatives for consideration. In March, the ABLE Commission temporarily removed restrictions on alcohol delivery to people 21 years of age and older.
The temporary approval remains in effect through Friday, but some lawmakers would like to continue this option beyond the pandemic.
