Come & Go Meet the Teacher night will be an outdoor event. Please only one family member accompanying student. Please bring your child’s backpack that evening so it can be tagged with teachers’ name.

EAST MIDDLE SCHOOL
EVENT/DATE INSTRUCTIONS
Curbside Schedule & Face Covering Pick-up
August 17
8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
and
5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Curbside Schedule & Face Covering Pick-up will take place on the west side (6th Street). Parents need to remain in their car and pull-up to the curb. A staff member will get your information and hand-out student schedules and face coverings.

EMS will post short videos of each teacher introducing themselves and briefly describing their class. The videos will be posted on the East MS Facebook page. This will replace the Move In/Meet Your Teacher night.
School Supplies & Fees
All school supplies can be brought on the first day of school. School fees for Instrumental Music will be on MySchoolBucks.com. There are no team fees this year. Yearbooks may be purchased on MySchoolBucks.com.

Your request should be answered within 24 hours or less. If the membership question isn’t answered, the request will not be approved. WEST MIDDLE SCHOOL

School Supplies & Fees

All school supplies can be brought on the first day of school. School fees for Art, Teen Living, and the cost of an Atlas can be paid through MySchoolBucks.com or in person on the first day of school. Any credit card purchases must be made using the MySchoolBucks.com.

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Student Schedules Viewable Online
August 12
Student schedules will be viewable in the student and parent PowerSchool Portal on August 12. If you have forgotten your password or need assistance, please call 580-767-9500 Ext. #2. You have be asked to provide some identifying information, such as your child’s birthdate, to confirm your identity.

Parents of returning Po-Hi students who have not registered should log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal and complete registration. This must be done on a computer.

Face Covering Pick-up
August 12

Po-Hi is distributing student face coverings in the west parking lot (off 5th Street). Distribution groups are scheduled according to student last names below. Please drive into the faculty lot, pull up to the main entrance, and a school employee will assist you.

Last names beginning with A-Go will pick-p 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Last names beginning with GR-O will pick-up 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Last names beginning with P-Z will pick-up 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Make-up for all letter groups will pick-up 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Parking Registration/Stickers

Sophomore, Junior and Senior students who drive to school must complete the parking registration form in the registration process through PowerSchool and pay a $10 fee in MySchoolBucks. Students who cannot pay online may bring a check or cash for $10 and proof of insurance for the vehicle. The registration form will be provided. Parent signature is required.

Those who register and pay through PowerSchool and MySchoolBucks will only need to drive into the faculty lot, pull up to the main entrance, provide identification, and proof of payment. Parking forms are available on the Po-Hi website.
