The Oklahoma State Department of Health documented 975 new COVID-19 cases for Tuesday, Dec. 7.
According to the data, Oklahoma’s seen an overall total of 675,733 COVID-19 cases since early 2020. The new cases 7-day average is 1,258, there are 10,762 active cases and the provisional death count is at 12,028.
The latest data for counties is updated weekly. As of Friday, Dec. 3, Kay County has seen an overall total of 7,916 COVID-19 cases. Other data for Kay County shows that 54.8% of those ages 12 and up 82.9% of those ages 65 and up have received one dose of the vaccine. As of December 1, 46.6% of the age 12 and older population of Kay County is fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.
