On March 25th, PCPD officers responded to a robbery at Willow Springs Park. During the unprovoked attack, the victim was brutally assaulted, pistol-whipped, and had his vehicle stolen. Due to the severity of his injuries, the victim was transported to a hospital in Oklahoma City for further treatment and surgery for a broken jaw, broken orbital sockets, severe lacerations, and multiple other injuries.
Officers have already made one arrest in connection with the robbery but we are actively searching for two additional suspects who are primarily responsible for the attack on the victim. Investigators have probable cause to arrest 22 year old, Joseph Grayhawk Delano Howe (5’, 11’, 160 lbs) and 18 year old, Eagle Simon Warrior (6’, 3”, 330 lbs). Both individuals should be considered armed and dangerous. Authorities are urging anyone with information on the whereabouts of Howe or Warrior to contact the Ponca City Police Department immediately. Do not approach the suspects—call law enforcement if you see them or have any information that could aid in their apprehension.
