Before the City Commission Meeting on Monday, February 24th, the City held a reception for retiring Mayor Homer Nicholson. A wonderful crowd gathered to show their respect for Mayor Nicholson’s Service. After the reception, Mayor-Elect Kelsey Wagner was sworn in and took the Oath of Office.
