OKLAHOMA CITY (Feb. 21, 2025) – A ninth fugitive on Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s 10 Most Wanted is behind bars after being arrested in Michigan. Nicholas Armando Roman, 20, who is accused of indecent or lewd acts with a child, was captured days after he was added to the list.
“This arrest demonstrates our steadfast effort to bringing those who commit crimes against children to justice, no matter where they try to hide,” said Drummond. “I commend the diligent work of our investigators and our law enforcement partners who collaborated across state lines to ensure this individual will face the charges against him.”
Investigators from the Attorney General’s Office determined Roman had relocated to Michigan. Information indicated he obtained a Michigan driver’s license in October 2024 and was possibly employed at a construction company in Northport, a town on the shores of Lake Michigan.
The Attorney General’s Office coordinated with the Leelanau County Sheriff’s Office in Michigan, which successfully located and arrested Roman. Roman was wanted on a 2022 warrant out of Oklahoma County.
