OKLAHOMA (KOKH) — Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) is treating roadways in Beaver County and the Panhandle Monday morning.
ODOT officials are reminding drivers to stay 200 feet behind road clearing equipment and not to pass crews.
Allow extra space between vehicles and be aware of black ice, which looks wet on the road but is a thin layer of ice.
Also, allow extra time to reach destinations.
Real-time road conditions and photos from plow trucks can be seen on okroads.org or from the Drive Oklahoma app.
