City of Enid Ward 2 Commissioner Derwin Norwood will speak at Black History Month on Thursday, Feb. 20 at NOC Enid.
The program will begin at 11:30 a.m. in Montgomery Hall in the Gantz Center.
Norwood will speak on “African Americans and Labor.” All NOC students, faculty, staff, and the public are invited.
A free lunch serving ‘Down Home Soul Food’ will be provided.
The event will be streamed by NOC.
