Joe Jolly has been named as the NOC Enid Lady Jets soccer coach.

NOC Athletic Director Alan Foster announced the hiring this week.

Jolly comes to NOC Enid from Arizona Christian University in Glendale, Arizona, where he was associate head coach and recruiting coordinator for the men’s soccer program.

“I am very excited to become the next head coach for the women’s program at NOC,” Jolly said. “I would first like to thank (NOC Athletic Director) Alan Foster for trusting in my plans for the future of the program. Secondly, I’d like to thank all of my former players and colleagues at the UCO (University of Central Oklahoma) and ACU (Arizona Christian University).  I am looking forward to meeting the players and moving into the future.”

NOC Athletic Director Alan Foster is excited for Jolly joining the Jets program.

“When starting the search for the next head women’s soccer coach, we had specific criteria we were hoping to find,” Foster said.  “Coach Jolly checked a lot of those boxes.  The more we talked with him about our opening it became clear he was a good fit to lead our program.  I am excited to welcome him to NOC.  I feel like we got a good one in Coach Jolly.”

ACU head coach Ted Krzywiecki added, “Coach Jolly is a great hire for NOC. We are sad to lose him here at ACU, but excited that he will have the opportunity to put his stamp on a program. Joe is prepared for this job and has left a lasting impact here at ACU. His network in Oklahoma along with his knowledge of how to run a strong program will help him recruit and create an impactful experience for his student athlete.”

Jolly is a native of Lawton, Oklahoma, playing collegiately at Oklahoma City University two years before retiring due to a knee injury.  He then transitioned to coaching at UCO working in the women’s soccer program from 2019-22.  Jolly then accepted a position as Associate Men’s Head Coach/Recruiting Coordinator at Arizona Christian where he also worked with goalkeepers from both the men’s and women’s program.  He was at ACU from 2022-2025.

Jolly replaces Cesar Zepeda who led the Lady Jets to a 9-7-3 record in 2024.  Zepeda resigned after the 2024 season.
