Authorities in Cowley County have announced that 41 year-old Rustin Michael Smith, reported missing on Monday, was found deceased in rural Osage County. The body of Smith, who has been missing since last Friday, was found on Tuesday inside his vehicle in a remote brushy area and the Cowley County Sheriff’s Office says that no foul play is suspected.
No further details are available at this time. The Osage County Sheriff’s Office will be handling the investigation.
