OKLAHOMA CITY – February 25, members of the House Democratic Caucus will host the Annual Black History Day at the Oklahoma State Capitol.

Jason Lowe, D-Oklahoma City. “We’re honored to have former Representative and current Mayor of Tulsa Monroe Nichols as our keynote speaker, which is very fitting of our theme, ‘Black Leadership is Now!"”
