The Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 1201 in Ponca City, recently made a $500 donation to Wildcat Academy students.
The donation was voted on and approved by the entire membership.
The money will be used to provide prizes for the end of the year auction. The WCA students are given points for attendance, grades, and courses completed.
These points are used at the end of the year to bid on prizes.
They appreciative of the generous gift from our local VFW.
