23 year old Nazir Kyree Manning of Ponca City, has been given a court date of November 18th in Kay County District Court. Manning, who is being held on $1 million bond, is facing two felony charges of sexual battery, two felony charges of taking clandestine photos, indecent exposure and first degree burglary. Ponca City police report that officers responded to the 600 block of S. 9th Street on Sept. 21 for a report of a male breaking into a home. Upon arrival they found Manning being held at gunpoint by another citizen. According to reporting by KFOR, Ponca PD went through Manning’s phone and find multiple photos and videos of him inside different homes masturbating and ejaculating on the feet of sleeping women. The pictures and videos ranged from July 28 to Sept. 21.
Police report that investigators had been investigating multiple reports of a male looking into windows, sneaking into homes, touching women and watching them as they sleep. At the time, Manning reportedly told officers that he had a problem that included taking photos and videos for sexual purposes. Manning remains in custody at the Kay County Detention Center. Again, the next court date in the case, according to the Oklahoma State Court’s website, is Friday November 18th.
