...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 3 PM CST MONDAY...

* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts 40 to 50 mph expected.
  Winds will shift to the southwest through the morning into early
  afternoon.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, northern, southern, and
  southwest Oklahoma and northern Texas.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 3 PM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH
MONDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...All of western north Texas and all but southeast Oklahoma.

* WHEN...From 6 PM CST this evening through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are
  possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Several hours of showers and thunderstorms are expected
    tonight through Monday morning. Widespread rainfall amounts
    of 1 to 3 inches are likely, with locally higher amounts
    possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
