Winds will shift to the southwest through the morning into early afternoon. * WHERE...Portions of central, east central, northern, southern, and southwest Oklahoma and northern Texas. * WHEN...From 3 AM to 3 PM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several hours of showers and thunderstorms are expected tonight through Monday morning.
