Local Inn Offers Homeless Shelter; needs Volunteers!

A local hotel is offering to assist the homeless with shelter during the up-coming frigid weather, and because the overwhelming support of the community, is in need of volunteers to help organize the donations.
The owners of the Rose Stone Inn at 120 South Third Street are opening their unoccupied rooms, and space in the open basement for those who need a warm place to sleep.
They are not asking for money. They have said that money will not be accepted.
Instead they need cots, sleeping bags, blankets, pillows, toilet paper, bottled water, and food. Nothing that has to be cooked. Only packaged food items that can be made in a microwave; Soups, pre-made sandwiches, or whatever you can think of, or spare.
Also, snacks, chips, disposable utensils, plates, and bowls.
Also, personal care items like soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, deodorant, toothbrushes, antibacterial items, masks.
The front doors are open 24/7. Any donations can be dropped off at the front desk, just inside the front door. Items can also be dropped off at Heather Cannon Honda. They will deliver the items to the Rose Stone Inn.
All forecasts are calling for the weather to get much worse than it is now.
