The Lincoln Elementary Student Council wanted to do something special to recognize Ponca City linemen for their hard work restoring power during the recent ice storm. With the help of Lincoln Art Teacher Janice Wooten, students created a large banner with signatures of all the Lincoln students and staff. They presented the banner to the lineman, along with donuts to take back and share with the other linemen who weren’t present.
