Library installing bike rack, pump station and water fountain

The Ponca City Library is installing new bike racks by the Grand Avenue entrance between Fifth Street and Sixth Street.

Librarian Holly LaBossiere said the bike racks will include artistic lettering encouraging people to read. The racks will also include a bike tire pump station and a water fountain that can refill water bottles.
