Liberty Elementary School announces Spelling Bee winners

Liberty 4th grade student Bryan Logan was the school champion for Liberty’s spelling bee.

Alexis Powers, 5th grade student, was the runner up.

Liberty 5th grader Raegan Heskett was the third place winner and will serve as an alternate in the regional contest.

Alexis and Bryan will advance to the regional contest in February at Pond Creek. The winner at regionals will head to the state contest in Oklahoma City in March 2020.

There were 22 contestants in total – all from both 4th and 5th grade classes.
