Lee Streeter wins “The Phrase That Pays”

Lee Streeter of Ponca City won Team Radio’s "The Phrase That Pays" Monday night.
Streeter was caller 35 and knew the winning phrase was "Shop Ponca First." His efforts won him the $1,000 Santa Bucks prize from Team Radio, parent company of KLOR, KPNC and Ponca City Now.
