LATTA, Okla. (AP) – An Oklahoma sheriff says a man who shot his estranged wife and two men has turned himself in.

Pontotoc County Sheriff John Christian said Monday morning the 37-year-old suspect is being held in the county jail. The suspect told authorities he shot all three at a Latta home on Sunday night.

No charges have been reported.

The woman is in critical condition after being shot in the neck and hand. One man was shot once and the other was hit about four times. They are being held in area hospitals and officials describe their conditions as stable.

Their identities haven’t been released.

Christian told KOKH-TV that another woman and a 7-month-old baby were inside the home but weren’t injured.

Latta is about 80 miles southeast of Oklahoma City.
