Last Day To Apply For FEMA Assistance For Spring Tornado Damage Wednesday

Wednesday, July 31, is the last day for Oklahomans affected by severe storms and tornadoes between April 25 and May 9, 2024, to apply for Federal Emergency Management Agency Individual Assistance.

That includes residents in Lincoln, Murray, Pottawatomie, and Kay Counties.

According to FEMA, they may be able to assist residents with temporary housing, lodging reimbursement, major repairs, and other out-of-pocket expenses.

To apply for assistance, FEMA says to call its helpline at 800-621-3362 or download the FEMA app.
