Kay County Democrats to hear speaker on public education

Oklahoma Education Association President Alicia Priest will be the guest speaker at The Kay County Democratic Party’s meeting on Tuesday, May 23.
The meeting will be held at the Meeting Room at Quality Inn, 2215 North 14th, at 7 p.m.
Priest will speak on public education funding in Oklahoma. The cuts that the Legislature have made to Education funding over the past several years make this a critical topic for all Oklahomans.
The public is invited to attend, ask question and enter into the discussion.
