Kay County Courthouse closed; employees responding to phone calls

In response to the State of Oklahoma declaration of a State of Emergency regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, the Kay County Commissioners have declared a State of Emergency for Kay County and under that declaration have CLOSED the Kay County Courthouse to the public.

However, employees will still be working from their offices and the public can call them to conduct business. The directory for courthouse offices is located at https://www.courthouse.kay.ok.us/directory.aspx.
