Kay County Courthouse closed

In response to the State of Oklahoma declaration of a State of Emergency regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, the Kay County Commissioners have declared a State of Emergency for Kay County and under that declaration have CLOSED the Kay County Courthouse to the public.

All updates regarding this situation will be posted on the website for Kay County, Oklahoma and will be released to the public in all local newspapers.
