Kaw Dam road to be closed on Oct. 23

From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 23, the road crossing Kaw Dam will be closed for removal of equipment stored in the dam by the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority.

OMPA will reopen the road the same day, Oct. 23, when the work is completed.

There will be signs and warning flashers at Highway 60, also at the Corps of Engineers office, just after Sun N Fun water park,  and at Enterprise Road alerting the drivers of the road closure.
