Juvenile injured in Enid shooting

ENID, Okla. (AP) – A juvenile has been injured in a shooting at a Garfield County apartment complex.

The Enid News & Eagle reports that Enid police and fire departments responded to multiple calls about a shooting at Cherokee Terrace Apartments Monday afternoon.

Sgt. Bryan Hart says a juvenile suffered injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening and was taken by a private vehicle to a hospital by the time officers arrived on the scene.

Hart says the suspect or suspects may have left the scene in a vehicle. An investigation is ongoing.
