Jury Duty Cancelled

Marilee Thornton, Kay County Court Clerk, has announced that all Kay county residents that have been summoned for Jury Duty with a report date of August 17, 2020:

Due to current health concerns regarding COVID-19, The District Court of Kay County has cancelled the upcoming jury term.

All jurors are released from service and need not report. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions, please contact the Kay County Court Clerk’s office at 580-362-3350.
