I-35 closed in Kay County

Oklahoma Highway Patrol - July 14, 2024 7:59 am

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has reported that I-35 northbound at mile marker 232.5 was closed at 7:48am this morning and will be closed for an unknown amount of time for a cattle truck that has broken down. They are currently offloading the cattle onto another cattle truck.

UPDATE: The inside lane was opened as of 7:53am.

UPDATE 2: The roadway was fully reopened as of 8:15am.
