Hubbard Road project nearing completion

Completion of work on the Hubbard Road bridge at Waverly grows closer each day. Bridgeco Contractors said shoulder work should be finished this week, with guard rail installation being completed early next week. He anticipates opening Hubbard Road before the end of the month.
