Homer Nicholson Sworn in for Sixth Term as Ponca City Mayor

City of Ponca City-

Mayor Homer Nicholson was sworn in by Judge Kirkpatrick today at Commission work session.

Nicholson has been mayor since 2007 and is starting his 6th term.
