Help sought in phone theft at Wal-Mart

Police need the assistance of the public to identify the woman pictured here entering the Wal-Mart in Ponca City. This surveillance photograph was taken on July 24 at approximately 10:30 p.m.

A customer laid his Straight Talk Edge cell phone down on top of the self-checkout counter, finished ringing up his items, sacked them and walked to his vehicle in the parking lot. Once he got to his vehicle, he remembered leaving his cell phone on top of the register, but when he went back in to retrieve it, he discovered someone had taken it.

The woman pictured was with a male subject that was seen on surveillance picking up the phone from the self-checkout area and leaving the store with it.
