Greek Grill open, still hiring

The Greek Grill in the Hartford Shopping Center at Fourth Street and Hartford Avenue is expecting to have its grand opening in late July.
It is open for customers but with the understanding that there are still things that are being worked on. The owners are still hiring employees, scheduling food deliveries and working on air conditioning.
The restaurant is owned by Brian, Nick and Chris Hartman.
