Great Big Band collects food for middle school program

Assistant Mike Doyle sorts a portion of the nonperishable food collected during The Great Big Band’s food drive.

The drive was held in tandem with the band’s “Christmas in Jazz” concert Saturday night at  The Poncan Theatre.

The food will be divided between East Middle School  and West Middle School for their weekend backpack program to provide food for children in need.
