Each year Ponca City Main Street hosts Goblins on Grand in downtown Ponca City. This years event is Thursday, October 20 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
This family-friendly Halloween carnival takes place on the grounds of City Hall and in the adjoining street area from 3rd-6th Streets.
Ponca City Main Street will partner with local businesses, clubs, and organizations to provide a fun and safe trick-or-treating environment. The carnival features tons of games, a witch dance, food trucks, and more.
In addition, the Ponca City Noon Lions host children’s vision screenings in their screening trailer each year.
Wristbands will be sold at Veterans Plaza at the corner of 4th and Grand on Wednesday, October 19 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Wristbands can also be purchased at two separate booths at the event located at the East Entrance (6th & Grand) and West Entrance (3rd & Grand). Wristbands will serve as entry tickets and are $2 per participating child. Only participating children will need wristbands. Adults do not need wristbands. Wristband sales help to cover the cost of event insurance, advertising, bags, off-duty police officers, and other event expenses.
PCMS will have a limited number of bags available at the event. You are encouraged to bring personal trick-or-treat bags and buckets for your kids to the event. Rain-Out Date is Thursday, October 27th  visitponcacity for more details.
