Four arrested in methamphetamine case

Four suspects were arrested at about 6 a.m. Thursday at 722 North Palm Street in Ponca City after a search warrant was served in an investigation of distribution of methamphetamine.
During the search of the residence, numerous small amounts of methamphetamine were found, along with a firearm and drug paraphernalia, the Kay County Sheriff’s Office reports.
The warrant was served by the Kay County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, the District 8 Task Force, and the Ponca City Police Department.
Deputies and officers removed a 16-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy from the residence. The juveniles were released to the Department of Human Services.
The four suspects were transported to the Kay County Detention Center.
Michael Don Riggs of Ponca City is being charged with the following:
• Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute
• Child Neglect
• Felon in Possession of Firearm
• Possession of a Firearm While in Commission of a Felony
• Maintain a Dwelling where CDS is kept and sold
• Use of Police Scanner while in commission of a Felony
Cynthia Riggs of Ponca City is being charged with the following:
• Child Neglect
• Maintain a Dwelling where CDS is kept and sold
David Sink of Ponca City is being charged with the following:
• Possession of CDS (Meth)
• Possession of Paraphernalia
Ashley Broadwater of Blackwell is being charged with the following:
• Possession of CDS (Meth)
• Possession of Paraphernalia
