Four arrested on North Palm

Ponca City Police arrested four people in the 700 block of North Palm Street at 4:45 p.m. Thursday.

The Special Projects Unit served a search warrant on the residence at 6:45  p.m. and took a report.

Arrested were:

  • Jessica Jenkins, 32, on a complaint of obstructing an officer; a Kay County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and a Kay County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of obstruction.
  • Destinay Burks, 27, on a complaint of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, methamphetamine.
  • Robenie Marlar, 37, on complaints of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, methamphetamine; possession of an offensive weapon; knowingly concealing stolen property; possession of paraphernalia; and uttering a forged instrument.
  • Carl Matthews, 31, on a complaint of giving false information.
