Forgiven Quartet to perform Oct. 14 in Ponca City

Forgiven Quartet will perform at 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 14, at Albright United Methodist Church, 128 South Palm Street.

Forgiven Quartet has been spreading the good news of Jesus Christ through song and testimony for 37 years, with an emphasis on the smooth harmonies exemplifying Southern Gospel music.

The group routinely performs at Silver Dollar City in Branson, Mo., has recently signed an exclusitve artist agreement with The Song Garden Music Group out of Chesapeake, Va., and recently performed on the main stage at the National Quartet Convention in Louisville, Ky., as the result of winning a National Quartet Convention Regional Artist Showecase Event.

Current members of the group are Mark Brooke (tenor) from Bartlesville; Mark Green (lead) from Owasso; David Buckingham (baritone/bass player) from Tulsa; and Bink Mooney (bass) from Lawton.)
