The Ponca City Public School district reported a great start to the 2018-19 school year.   Superintendent Shelley Arrott spent the day visiting schools, meeting students and teachers, making sure everything was running smoothly.

“The wonderful staff of PCPS welcomed nearly 5,000 excited Wildcats who were eager to meet their teachers and begin a new school year,”Arrott said. “Our sites went above and beyond to make the first day of school so welcoming.  Thank you to our team of staff members, parents, students, and community for making this day such a positive experience!  I am looking forward to a successful year of opportunities and possibilities for the students of Ponca City. #teampcps”
