Fifth Street partly closed for roadway repairs

Fifth Street, between Fresno Avenue and Emporia Avenue, has been closed on Monday, Nov. 4, to complete roadway repairs.

After 2:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, only the outside lanes of Fifth Street will be opened to traffic until further notice.
