Fatality Collision in Noble County

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported a fatality collision occurred about 12:51 a.m. Saturday on State Highway 15E, about 3 miles south and 6 miles east of Red Rock, OK in Noble County.

The patrol said the accident involved a 2003 Honda Civic driven by Allison L Frick, 31, of Arkansas City, KS. Frick was pronounced dead at the scene with whole body injuries.

The second vehicle involved was a 2011 Ford F250 driven by Mark Mott, 46, of Newkirk, OK. Mott was not injured.

The Highway Patrol’s report stated Frick’s vehicle was southbound on US 177. Mott’s vehicle was northbound on US 177. Frick’s vehicle went left of center by approximately 4 feet and impacted Mott’s vehicle. Frick was pinned for approximately 25 minutes and freed by the Ponca City Fire Department. The report indicates that seatbelts were not in use in Frick’s vehicle; they were in use in Mott’s vehicle. The condition of Frick at the time of the accident is unknown and the cause of the collision is attributed to Frick’s vehicle being left of center.
