Fallin stands ready to serve as Trump’s VP if asked

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – Gov. Mary Fallin says she's had no direct contact with Donald Trump's presidential campaign about serving as his vice president, but made clear she's ready and willing to serve if she gets the call.
In an interview with The Associated Press, Fallin says she loves America and is willing to serve her country in that capacity if she were called on to do so.
Fallin has met with Trump several times, most recently a few weeks ago during a trip to New York with several other Republican governors, but said the topic of a potential vice president didn't come up.
Fallin says that while she doesn't completely agree with Trump on every issue, she said the two of them share many of the same goals.
